We have a sister company Edwards Property Development Limited which has renovated a number of derelict and rundown properties to a very high standard both for itself and for clients. These include its most recent development of a grade II listed town house into 5 high spec apartments. This development is being put forward for the LABC Award. We worked closely with Eastbourne's Conservation Department to ensure that all aspects of its period features were retained and restored to their former glory in a conscientious and professional manner.
